Repair Services
I repair cuckoo clocks both new and old. Your clock willl be overhauled to recondition it to like new condition.

It will be dismantled and cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner to remove all the dirt and old oil.

Repairs will then be made and the clock will be re-assembled and oiled and tested.

Price includes all small parts that may be required such as bushings, hooks and wires, nails, oils and other lubricants etc.

Cleaning and oiling of the movement

Repairs made to the movenet and other parts

Music boxes overhauled

Dancing platforms cleaned and reconditioned for smooth operation

Bushings reconditioned and burnished

Pivots reconditioned and polished

Adjusted and setup for top performance.
Parts such as bellow tops, music box governors, ratchet wheels and the like will be extra. Case repairs may be extra.
Not all movements can be repaired and you may need to replace it instead. On average this will add about $20 to the cost of repairing a one day clock and about $40 for an 8 day clock. This depends on movement make and model.
Your clock will be tested and setup to run and perform correctly before being returned to you.
Dancers and Music
I repair clocks with dancers and music. These clocks will often require some new parts due to wear and the parts are not repairable.
New or Old
I can work on both new clocks and antiques. Anything made after WWII is considered newer.
Clock Repair
The basic 2 weight traditional clock is always welcome. Any clock is worth fixing when it holds fond memories.
Animation
I repair clocks with animation such as woodcutters, choppers, beer drinkers, water wheels etc.
